The Offeror is required to submit its offer on or before 15 January 2021 at 2 pm central time (local time) in accordance with the instructions found in Section 00 21 00 of the Solicitation. The resulting contract(s) awarded under this solicitation will be an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Rapid Disaster Infrastructure (RDI) Response Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for HUBZone contractors covering the Contiguous United States (CONUS), Alaska, Hawaii, and Outlying areas as defined by the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 2. This is an ID/IQ, MATOC for Rapid Disaster Infrastructure (RDI) #2 HUBZone Set-Aside, under NAICS Code 236220, in support of the US Army Corps of Engineers, Northwestern Division, Omaha District. The intent of the RDI Disaster Support Response is to provide time-sensitive construction/rehabilitation/flood risk reduction support. Task orders will be issued as the need arises during the ordering period. Task orders may be firm fixed price or cost reimbursement as identified in the solicitation. The contractor is required to be registered under NAICS code 236220 in the System for Award Management (SAM) located at https//www/sam.gov/SAM/. The estimated maximum value for all orders issued against this MATOC is $99 Million. There is no limit on the number of task orders that may be executed against the MATOC. SOLICITATION OF PROPOSALS WILL BE RESTRICTED TO HUBZONE SMALL BUSINESS CONTRACTORS ONLY.
