Provide DRAFT and FINAL inspection reports per the attached templates. The contractor shall provide all personnel equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to execute the fuel removal, transfer, or disposal remaining fuel, replace wiper seals, provide strapping charts, clean the tank, and perform an AST (in service or out of service) or STI inspection on the tank(s) as applicable at the location and tanks specified in attachment B and wiper seal replacement as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract.
