Please monitor this advertisement for updated informaiton and thank you for your patience as we address all inquiries.(07-14-2021) *************************************************************************************************************************************************** *Amendment 0001 - Please review the Amendment that has been attached today that explains the new Period of Performance Dates.*** ================================================================================================= This is a non-personal services contract to the professional services of an entity that can provide graduate level academic instruction as define in Performance Work Statement. This entity will work collaboratively with the North West District-Omaha (NWO) Program Manager to administer a program that incorporates adaptive leadership skills to effectively lead, manage, and influence employees with positive results. Which will also focus on increasing employee morale and retention, improving productivity, promoting better risk analysis and decision making, building better teams, while enhancing the long-term success of the District and broader United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) mission. The graduate-level Leadership Development Program (LDP) will be designed for a maximum of 12 Corps NWO employees (hereinafter referred to as students, or collectively as the cohort) per designated contract year with no less than 10 classes provided by the Contractor. On Page 30, after the PWS, is the Price Schedule and the Price Schedule is enclosed. Please fill out the prices accordingly to the Price Schedule and return with your quote.
