The co... The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, and equipment to repair existing boundary fence in designated areas. Repairs include removing and disposing of damaged wire and metal fence posts. The contractor shall install new wire, metal fence posts, and end braces as specified. The contractor shall also provide all labor, tools, and equipment to construct a new boundary fence as specified in the designated area. The contractor may need to clear some vegetation along the fence lines. The contractor is responsible for proper disposal of all old fence materials. All posts (wooden & metal), wire (barbed, smooth, and brace), brace pins, staples, clips, twitch sticks, and nails necessary to complete the fence repairs and construction will be supplied by USACE. The contractor will have until September 30, 2021 to complete all fencing work. Work will occur in South Dakota and Nebraska.
