On or about 31 December 2020, the Government intends to issue a solicitation for Bearing Repairs for Ft. Peck Dam, MT. The solicitation will close on or about 6 January 2021. The solicitation is 100% Small business set aside. Project Description: This is a service contract to provide offsite refurbishment of one bearing and the machining of the ID of one spare to a new inner diameter. The work includes shipping between the project and the Contractor's refurbishment workshop. The damaged bearing and spare bearing will both ship to the Contractor's factory at the same time, but the spare bearing shall be shipped back separately as soon as it is finished for installation in the unit. NAICS Code: The Primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code anticipated for solicitation is 221111, Hydroelectric Power Generation, with a size standard for Small Business of 500 Employees Obtaining Solicitation Documents: Solicitation documents will be posted to the web via beta.SAM.gov.
