This is a non-personal services contract to provide boundary surveys and recorded plats or certificate of survey (COS) that meets state code and county recording requirements in MicroStation 2-D and ESRI geodatabase version 10.x or later formats. For the following areas; Parcel Tracks HH3134, HH3136 & HH3138. S9 & S16 T152N R103W 5th PM. Lewis & Clark WMA Lake Sakakawea, Trenton, North Dakota 58853, Parcel Tracks G676 & G677. S29 & S30 T148N R103W 5th PM. Douglas Creek WMA Lake Sakakawea, Garrison, North Dakota 58540 and Parcel Track A22. S20 T146N R84W 5th PM. Riverdale WMA Lake Sakakawea, Riverdale, North Dakota 58565. The Contractor shall perform all surveying and engineering services, including all personnel, transportation, equipment, and materials, except as otherwise stated herein, required to survey and monument the boundary of the project. The objective of this survey is to establish the United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Project property lines, monument them, install lath, and flagging in support of guiding the installation of fencing. The government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the contractor who, in turn, is responsible to the government. This is a fixed priced, performance-based service contract where the government defines and measures desired outcomes, while contractor methods are generally not constrained or directed.
