On or about 23 NOV 2020, the Government intends to issue a solicitation for “GP Admin and VC Janitorial”. The solicitation will close on or about 10 DEC 2020. The solicitation is restricted to Small Businesses. Site Visit: A Site Visit will be scheduled and additional information regarding the site visit will be provided in the solicitation. The site visit is tentatively scheduled for 02 DEC 2020. Project Description: This is a non-personnel services contract to provide cleaning and janitorial services for the US Army Corps of Engineers managed administration building and visitor center at Gavins Point Project near Yankton, SD. The cleaning contractor shall perform a number of tasks associated with the cleaning of the areas indicated within and according to the schedule and specifications outlined in the Project Work Statement. The Contractor will be performing cleaning duties within a specified area. All work must be performed according to the specifications outlined in this contract unless authorized in advance by the Contracting Officer Representative (COR). The Period of Performance for this effort is a 12-month base year (January 1, 2021 – December 31, 2021) + one (1) 12 month-option year (January 1, 2022 – December 31, 2022). NAICS Code: The Primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code anticipated for solicitation is 561720, Janitorial Services, with a size standard for Small Business of $19.5M.
