The questions are from received querys from potential contractors This is Amendment 0001 for this solictiation. The amendment adds FAR Clause 52.214-9, Notice of Price Evaluation Preference for HUBZone Small Business Concerns. All other parameters remain the same. This is an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC) to supply, deliver, and load quarried stone onto government barges as defined in this Statement of Work (SOW) for the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Omaha District. This contract will have a five-year ordering period, and will not exceed a total of $5,000,000.00. The primary objective is to supply and deliver quarried stone onto government barges as defined in this SOW for the operation and maintenance of approved structures of the Missouri River Bank Stabilization Navigation Project. It is anticipated that the quantity of stone required for delivery will range between 0 and 40,000 tons annually

This project is related to providing the supply and delivery of quarried stone onto government barges as defined. These supplies are for operation and maintenance of approved structures of the Bank Stabilization Navigation Project on the Missouri River between river mile 498 near Rulo, NE and river mile 590 near Plattsmouth, NE. The quantity of stone for each site is intended to bring the structures to the lines and grades shown on the cross-sections. Due to the location of these structures, it is anticipated that the stone will be placed from a barge it is anticipated that the quantitiy of stone required will range between 0 and 40,000 tons annually This is an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) with Economic Price Adjustment Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC) to supply, deliver, and load quarried stone onto government barges This contract will have a five-year ordering period, and will not exceed a total of $5,000,000.00. Offerors will be required to provide a per ton unit price for riprap (COE Special) and riprap (Type X) All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
