Pre-Solicitation On or about 2 September 2020, the Government intends to issue a solicitation for “Electronic Security System Gallagher Maintenance and Service Contract”. The solicitation will close on or about 15 September 2020. The solicitation is restricted to Small Businesses. Project Description: The objective of this effort is to provide a managed Electronic Security System (ESS) Program to USACE, Omaha District HQ with standardized, for on-site ESS installation, maintenance and service; that is compatible with the Gallagher architecture. The contractor shall provide Gallagher Personnel Access Control System (GPACS) maintenance technician/engineer(s) to perform maintenance and service for USACE, Omaha District. The maintenance and service performed by the contractor will be at USACE, Omaha District HQ located in Omaha, NE. The maintenance and service shall be for the semi-annually Preventive Maintenance (PM) with Repair, Corrective Maintenance (CM) with Repair, On-call Emergency Maintenance (EM) with Repair, and selective installation on the Gallagher Electronic Entry Control System (GEECS) and Intrusion Detection System (IDS). The base period of performance is September 29, 2020 to March 31, 2021 with 3 optional one-year period. NAICS Code: The Primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code anticipated for solicitation is 561621, Security Systems Services, with a size standard for Small Business of $22M.
