The solicitation will close on or about 08 September 2020 at 2 PM CDT This solicitation is restricted 100% to small business. This is a non-personal services contract to provide CO2 bottle shipment (round trip from Ft. Peck Powerplant), bottle testing, inspection of the valves’ bottle engagement (replacing valves that fail inspection) and refilling of the bottles with CO2. Services include the hydrostatic testing of all 156 100lb CO2 bottles according to NFPA 12 2018 and inspection of each bottle’s valve according to NFPA 12 2018, replacing valves that fail inspection except for the 12 non-Kidde 4706, which will be replaced and not require inspection. Bidders (Offerors): Please be advised of on-line registration requirement for Representations and Certifications Application is located in System for Award Management (SAM) database https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. Representations and certifications are required to be updated annually as a minimum to keep information current, accurate and complete. The electronic annual representations and certifications are effective until one year from date of submission or update to SAM.
