The purpose of this amendment is to provide a minor correction to the dimension of the cover plate outer radius on the bridging drawings sheet M-101. The bottom cover plate outer radius on sheet M-101 shall be revised to read (29'-3" R, not 29'-2 3/16" R), such that the centerline radius of the bullnose bolt holes (29' 2 - 15/32") and the back wall plate will align with dimensions on the bullnose section. The offer due date has not been extended. All other terms and conditions remain the same. ******************************************************************************************************************* This project consists of the entire work to furnish all supervision, labor, materials, off-site facility, qualified aluminum welders, and equipment to fabricate new spillway gate wall heater aluminum plates and hardware shown on the bridged drawings. Work shall be completed by trained and certified fabricators who have minimum of 2 years of experience in the aluminum fabrication and welding work. This work will be for a total of twenty eight (28) custom aluminum plates made in accordance to the specifications attached. Seven (7) back wall plates will be constructed as shown, along with seven (7) on the opposite hand for a total of fourteen (14) back wall plates. Seven (7) cover plates will be constructed as shown, along with seven (7) on the opposite hand for a total of fourteen (14) cover plates. Contractor will be responsible for transportation, loading / unloading of all furnished items to/from the Gavins Point Dam and contractor’s off-site facility.
