Project De... The Government hereby issues a solicitation for Garrison Project Gate Attendant B. The solicitation will close on 15 April 2020 at 2 pm CT. The solicitation is restricted to Small Business. Project Description: The contractor shall provide gate attendant services. Services include operate a campground entrance building (fee booth) to include collecting and processing fees for all Garrison Project recreational campgrounds; maintain and enter data into the National Recreation Reservation Service (NRRS) Program; distribute information for campground customers; daily cleanup and maintenance of the campground area; provide surveillance and visitor assistance in the Downstream Campground to include Loops 1, 2, 3, and 4; and provide emergency assistance when needed. The contractor shall accomplish these duties safely and in accordance with all applicable policies and procedures. The Period of Performance for this effort is a 12-month base year + three (3) 12 month-option years. (Each year includes an inactive Period of Performance from 16 September to 13 May of the following year).
