Randall Janitorial Services. The solicitation will close on 12 March 2020. The solicitation is 100% Small business set aside. Project Description: This is a service contract to provide janitorial services at Fort Randall Dam. The janitorial services that are to be performed include furnishing all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, and supplies necessary to perform the required janitorial services at Fort Randall Dam, near Pickstown, South Dakota. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform janitorial services at Fort Randall Dam as defined in the Performance Work Statement except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. NAICS Code: The Primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code anticipated for solicitation is 561720, Janitorial Services, with a size standard for Small Business of $19.5 Million Obtaining Solicitation Documents: Solicitation documents will be posted to the web via Federal Business Opportunities (beta.sam.gov).
