The performance period is hereby changed from 180 days after NTP to 150 days after NTP. Project Description: This is a construction project, which includes the removal, mold mitigation and installation of new building materials impacted by flooding in 2019. Impacted building materials include: drywall, insulation, electrical receptacles, building metal panels, doors, overhead doors and other miscellaneous building materials. Project also includes chip sealing site pavements, grading and landscaping. The Contractor will be required to commence work upon receipt of contract award and complete the work 180 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed, this is subject to change after solicitation issuance. Site Visit: The site visit is scheduled for on or about 10 MARCH 2020 at 1 PM. Additional information regarding the site visit provided in the solicitation via FAR Clause 52.236-27. NAICS Code: The Primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code anticipated for solicitation is 236220 Commercial building construction general contractors, with a size standard for Small Business of $36.5M.
