Pre-Solicitation Notice On or about 11 March 2020, the Government intends to issue a solicitation for Aerial Roof Measurement and Analytic Services. The solicitation will close on or about Wednesday 25 March 2020. The solicitation is Unrestricted and is Open to Both Large and Small Business Participation. Project Description: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has the mission to provide Temporary Roof Repairs (Blue Roof), to damaged dwellings in disaster response and recovery from a hurricane or other significant wind event. The Government is seeking qualified, experienced contractor capable of performing Aerial Roof Measurement and Analytic Services in support of the program. The contractor is to provide all labor, equipment, tools, vehicles, and material to provide the Government with roof measurement report on structures identified by the government, provide high resolution photographs of “pre-storm” and “post-storm" damage to the household/structure identified by the Government and possess the capability to provide up to 1000 reports daily for up to 30 days. The Period of Performance for this effort is for a Five (5) year order period. Estimated Construction Costs: The total potential capacity for this project is $45,000,000.00.
