The requested contract action is for the continuation of services by the current contractor in providing project management for the additional component of the TO; update existing planning documents to include all work to be performed under this modification; complete field work required to maintain, repair and/or replace existing wells to restore integrity to the wells and adhere to regulations and eliminate data gaps as recommended in current and previous reporting; and update an existing final reporting document to include all work that was performed under this modification. It is necessary to complete well maintenance, repair, and replacement activities concurrently with the execution of all tasks on the current task order to achieve contract goals and stay on schedule to complete Feasibility Study Phase within the Period of Performance.
