In general, this project will involve installing new duct bank, conduit, and communications cabling between the outside maintenance building and the administration building. The installation will be underground and will require horizontal directional drilling, trenching, and excavation. Before work is started, underground utilities will need to be located via potholing to prevent damage to existing underground infrastructure. The Contractor will be required to commence work upon receipt of contract award and complete the work 365 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed, this is subject to change after solicitation issuance. Estimated Construction Costs: The estimated construction cost of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000.
