Install drainage culverts and channelization improvements on primary emergency access instrumentation monitoring roads and secondary recreation access roads to stop rutting and wash outs from rain storm events. Also, need to improve the creek low water crossing. Concentration is on water crossing down stream of camp ground. Base: Remove and install drainage culverts and channelization of inlet area. Rise the grade of the road and construct a gravel low water crossing. The work will consist of dirt work, gravel construction and supply and install drainage culverts. Option: Construct a reinforced concrete low water crossing next to the drainage culverts, in lieu of a gravel low water crossing. This is a best value soliciation.
