PLEASE READ ENTIRE DOCUMENT AND PROVIDE ALL APPROPRIATE INFORMATION WITH YOUR QUOTE. ========================================================= DRAFT RFQ NOTICE W9128F19Q0092 - Fort Peck, MT Power Plant Janitorial - Small Business set-aside THE PURPOSE OF THIS ANNOUNCEMENT IS TO PROMOTE EARLY EXCHANGES OF INFORMATION ABOUT A FUTURE ACQUISITION. USACE Omaha District is requesting industry comments or concerns regarding this draft RFQ. Response to this announcement is strictly voluntary and will not affect any firm or corporation's ability to submit an offer if and when a solicitation is released. Please do not submit any proposals in response to this draft RFQ. A formal RFQ under the same solicitation number will be released at a later date yet to be determined. Please submit any questions or comments to Lynne Reed at lynne.d.reed@usace.army.mil. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, supervision, cleaning materials, required supplies and equipment to perform janitorial services at the Fort Peck Power Plants and associated water control structures in accordance with this Performance Work Statement (PWS) and at the locations shown on the attached drawings, except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. The Contractor shall perform all janitorial work necessary to keep the areas to be serviced in a clean, sanitary, and safe condition in accordance with the best standards of performance of such work. Work shall include sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, mopping, scrubbing, waxing, polishing, washing, cleaning, disinfecting, trash collection, removing waste, replenishing supplies, replacement of paper towel products, replacement of deodorizers, soap and disposition of wiping rags and snow removal. The contractor shall perform to the standards and performance criteria defined in this PWS. Site Visit: A Site Visit will be scheduled and additional information regarding the site visit will be provided in the solicitation via FAR Clause 52.237-1. The site visit is tentatively scheduled for 17 June 2019 at 08:00 AM MT Obtaining Solicitation Documents: Solicitation documents will be posted to the web via Federal Business Opportunities (www.fbo.gov). Representations and certifications are required to be up-dated annually as a minimum to keep information current, accurate and complete.
