On or about 24 June 2019, the Government intends to issue a solicitation for "FR Medical Surveillance". The solicitation will close on or about 28 June 2019. The solicitation is Unrestricted and Open to Both Large and Small Busienss. Project Description: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineer, Omaha District has a requirement for OSHA physicals for personnel at Fort Randall Project within Gregory & Charles Mix Counties, (zip codes 57533, 57356, 57367, 57380 respectively). The NAICS affiliated with this requirement is 621111, Office of Physicians (OSHA physical for more remote areas). Physicals and blood work required for the below listed employees not to exceed 35employees. Please note that employees are given the option to obtain their physical at a clinic of their choice but will be responsible for the costs over and above the contracted costs. Also applicants that are selected for vacant positions often obtain their physical at their current physical location. Attached are all tests that may be required for each occupation. Guidance concerning tests is provided on request for medical testing. The contract should include a base year with 4 options years for a total of 5 years. It is noted that this purchase could possibly be achieve through GPC since physician services are exempt from the SCLS, however, by having a contract the pricing is determined and cuts costs on administration for USACE.
