SOLICTATION - Notice, proposals due 23 April 2019. Please see attached Solictation documents for details On or about the Omaha District will Solicit The Omaha District on or about 10 April 2019 will post a solicitation forOn or about 10 April 2019 this office will issue Request for Quotes for the Missouri River Project Office at Omaha NE. The solicitation will close on or about 23 April 2019. This solicitation is Unrestricted. Site visit information will be issued with the solicitation. No Site Visit This project consists of for the Missouri River Project for the rental of a variety of construction equipment to perform maintenance at ten Salt Creek dam sites in and around Lincoln, Nebraska, four Papillion Creek dam site in Omaha, and along the Missouri River from Sioux City Iowa to Rulo Nebraska, as well as construction projects throughout eastern Nebraska and western Iowa. The Government requires a responsive means to obtain supplemental and unique construction equipment to meet short-term agency requirement for heavy construction equipment. This requirement is not only for normal maintenance activities unanticipated repairs, but includes time sensitive contingencies like emergency flood repairs and critical flood damage recovery repairs. The contractor shall provide construction equipment rental and repair and upkeep services to the Missouri River Project Office. Bidders (Offerors): Please be advised of on-line registration requirement for Representations and Certifications Application is located in System for Award Management (SAM) database https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. Representations and certifications are required to be updated annually as a minimum to keep information current, accurate and complete. The electronic annual representations and certifications are effective until one year from date of submission or update to SAM. Obtaining Solicitation Documents: Solicitation documents will be posted to the web via Federal Business Opportunities (www.fbo.gov).
