On or about 29 March 2019 this office will issue Request for Quotes for Janitorial Services for Gavins Point Outside Maintenance Complex at Gavins Point in Crofton, Nebraska. The solicitation will close on or about 19 April 2019 This solicitation is RESTRICTED TO SMALL BUSINESS This is a service contract to provide all labor and supervision to perform janitorial services at the Outside Maintenance Complex at Gavins Point. Contractor will supply all supervision, personnel, transportation, and other necessities to provide weekly cleanings of the outside maintenance complex. The government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the contractor who, in turn is responsible to the government. This is a fixed priced, performance based service contract where the government defines and measures desired outcomes, while contractor methods are generally not constrained or directed. NAICS Code: The Primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code anticipated for solicitation is 561720 - Janitorial Services, with a size standard for Small Business of $18M. Representations and certifications are required to be updated annually as a minimum to keep information current, accurate and complete.
