The Contractor shall work in all designated contract areas. The Contractor shall ensure that each completed service will meet the requirements of this contract as outlined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS). All services shall be completed during the specified day and time, unless otherwise specified or as directed by the COR.

The solicitation will close on or about 19 April 2019 This solicitation is RESTRICTED TO SMALL BUSINESS This is a service contract to provide all labor and supervision to perform janitorial services at the Outside Maintenance Complex at Gavins Point. Contractor will supply all supervision, personnel, transportation, and other necessities to provide weekly cleanings of the outside maintenance complex. The government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the contractor who, in turn is responsible to the government. This is a fixed priced, performance based service contract where the government defines and measures desired outcomes, while contractor methods are generally not constrained or directed.
