Site visit information will be issued with the solicitation. This project consists of furnishing all labor, supervision, equipment, and supplies necessary to perform janitorial services at the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Missouri River Project Office, located in Omaha, Nebraska. The intent is to award a contract for the base year plus four option years. The contractor shall control all the operations during the performance of work sufficiently to ensure that the completed work will meet all the requirements of the performance work statement. Representations and certifications are required to be updated annually as a minimum to keep information current, accurate and complete. The electronic annual representations and certifications are effective until one year from date of submission or update to SAM.
