Request for Quotes for W9128F19Q0022 Lab Analysis Water Quality Monitoring for the Omaha District. The solicitation will close on or about 10 May 2019 at 02:00 PM CST Excel Spreadsheets have been added as attachment to facilitate completion of required Pricing and dat submission IAW Solicitation This solicitation is Unrestricted. Site visit information will be issued with the solicitation. This project consists of an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC) to procure laboratory analysis services to support water quality monitoring in compliance with Engineer Regulation - ER 1110-2-8154, "Water Quality Management". Work consists of laboratory analysis of water and sediment samples collected by the Omaha District or the District's cooperators. Collected samples include: 1) ambient surface water samples from District reservoirs, rivers, and streams; 2) runoff surface water samples from inflows to District reservoirs, 3) sediment and prepared elutriate testing samples collected at District projects and proposed restoration project sites, 4) samples to assess water quality impacts and compliance with conditional State 401 certifications at constructed restoration project sites, and 5) special water quality studies. Collected samples will be analyzed by the selected laboratory for various physical, chemical, biological, and bacteriological water quality and sediment parameters.
