USACE-Omaha currently two full time drill crews. Daily operation of the drill crews require a lot of supplies to perform drilling, install instrumentation, and backfill borings. Frequent large purchases over the GPC limit are required to purchase supplies in a timely manner for large projects. Drilling equipment and instrument installation involve heavy well built equipment that are frequently made from durable and expensive metals such as steel and stainless steel. Current BPA contracts are set to expire in March of 2019 so new small business MATOC contract is needed for these types of purchases within the next year to assure that we have no delays in executing our workload next FY. All questions must be submitted by 2:00 PM CT on 19 February 2019 to both of the following email addresses: lynne.d.reed@usace.army.mil and tracie.l.evans2@usace.army.mil. Answers will be provided on FBO.GOV by 21 February 2019 by COB. Note: Offeror's please be advised that an online registration requirement in System for Award Management (SAM) database http://www.sam.gov/ exists and directed solicitation provisions concerning electronic annual Representations and Certifications on SAM.
