BACKGROUND: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has the mission to provide Temporary Roof Repairs (Blue Roof) to damaged dwellings in disaster response and recovery from a hurricane or other significant wind event. To improve the speed and accuracy that needed repairs can be identified, repaired and verified the USACE is exploring the possibility to leverage the growing Aerial Photography and Analytics Services industry to provide the necessary imagery and data.
