The expansion w... This project consists of a renovation and expansion of building 9231 at the Air Force Academy. Building 9231 is a precast structure on slab foundations with a single ply membrane roof. The expansion will consist of approximately 8,100 square feet and will match existing facility construction of precast and aluminum storefront. The interior will consist of a mass briefing room, one?on?one briefing rooms, a cadet lounge, office space, and a dispatch center. The project will renovate approximately 3,400 square feet and will consist of a conference room, multiple offices, a roof for multiple desktop computer simulators. The project will also relocate restrooms and address all utility systems, to include mass notification within the attached Air Traffic Control Tower. Amendment #0007 does not extend the due date of 12 NOV 2020. It updates the Davis Bacon wage rates. See attachment Am-0007_W9128F-20-R-0078.
