Minot Fuels Lab Renovation - This project includes: complete interior and exterior renovation of existing building 420 including a building addition to existing building 420 on the plan north (northeast side). The renovation with remove the exterior building envelope and all interior features of the facility. The existing building structural frame, foundations, and concrete floor slab will remain. The work includes but is not limited to: interior and exterior building renovations (new fuels lab); new building addition; partial removal of an existing parking lot to accommodate the new addition; minor paving work associated with the new building addition; minor site work associated with the new building addition to include some clearing and grubbing, raising of grade around the new addition, and reconfiguration of sidewalks, curbs, and gutters; replace HVAC system, replace electrical, interior/exterior lighting, and communications system; provide emergency notification system; renovate telecommunications infrastructure; renovate and replace plumbing systems, and provide fire alarm and fire suppression system.
