Furthermore, this contract calls for the design, manufacture and installation of 4 new thrust bearing oil coolers for Units 1 & 2, as well as one spare thrust bearing oil cooler to be retained by Gavins Point for a total of 9 newly designed thrust bearing oil coolers. The scope of this service is to Demolish existing 1000 gallon MOGAS AST, Facility 220, Dispenser, Facility 212 and appurtenances. Demolition shall include removal of the tank, dispenser, and above ground conduit/wiring. Underground conduit associated to the tank shall be cut and capped to 6” below grade. Concrete shall be repaired to match existing concrete. All electrical work shall be done per NFPA 70. Cleaning of the tank will be accomplished by others. Disconnection of electrical and ATG will be accomplished by others. Tank is located near Building 209. Contractor shall leave a clean and orderly site upon the completion of the demolition. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to execute the demolition of a 1,000 gallon MOGAS (AST), Facility 220, Dispenser, Facility 212 and demolition of all associated appurtenances at Lambert International Airport (IAP) Army National Guard (ANG) site as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS) except for those items specified as government furnished property and services.
