THE SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL, QUOTATION OR INVITATION FOR BID. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this sources sought or any follow up information requests. Respondents will not be notified of the results of the sources sought or resulting market research. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Honolulu District, requests letters of interest from PRIME CONTRACTORS interested in performing security monitoring services for construction projects in the State of Hawaii and the Pacific Region. NO SOLICITATION IS CURRENTLY AVAILABLE. Requirements Description: The Contractor shall be capable of providing a construction security monitoring program which shall include all aspects of physical, personnel, technical, and procedural security as required for supported secure projects to fully comply with ICD 705 and ensure successful accreditation of a secure facility. This includes the full range of construction security program management, administrative, construction surveillance operations, including demobilization and closeout. Infrastructure and Equipment: The construction security infrastructure shall include but not be limited to personnel and vehicle screening equipment. Construction security surveillance support equipment shall include but not be limited to items such as personnel badging equipment and supplies, biometric iris scanner system, Non-Linear Junction Detector (NLJD), borescope, portable x-ray machine, as well construction surveillance supplies such as cameras, locks, tools, notebooks, and Automated Data Processing (ADP) equipment as required to process and record construction security surveillance activities and events. Construction Security Monitoring Services: Construction security monitoring services personnel shall include Site Security Manager (SSM), and Cleared American Guards (CAGs), as well as administrative support to manage all aspects of the construction security program. Interested PRIME CONTRACTORS should submit the following: Name of the firm, to include address, phone number and point of contact. Firm’s UEI Number and CAGE Code, and expiration date in SAM.gov. Indicate whether your firm is a large business or small business. If your firm is a small business specify all applicable socio-economic categories per FAR PART 19. Narrative demonstrating experience in construction security monitoring complying with Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 705 series accreditation guidelines while under a Construction Security Plan. Narratives shall be no longer than three (3) pages. Email responses are required.
