Use the following instructions to obtain solicitation package: a. Select "Search" from the menu bar b. Type in the solicitation number "W9128A23R0005" in the Solicitation Number field c. Select "Search" button at the bottom screen d. Select the solitation number hyperlink e. Scroll down to the bottom of the page, and Select "Download All Attachments" button at the bottom screen. f. If there are any Amendments you will need to go to the bottom of the page and click on the hyper link for each Amendment shown. g. Select "Download All Attachments" button at the bottom screen for each Amendment.
