PN 080242 Kwajalein Medical Clinic, Kwajalein Atoll, Republic of the Marshall Islands The primary purpose of this design-bid-build construction project is to update, replace and consolidate the existing deteriorating and undersized 69-year-old medical care facilities at U.S. Army Garrison-Kwajalein Atoll (USAG KA). The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) is engaged in the design and construction of a new stand-alone building which will replace the existing Medical Center (Building 603) and incorporate the Health Clinic (Building 566) and Lab/Radiology (Building 699) functions. Per DFARS 236.204(ii), the magnitude of this project is between $25 million and $100 million. Funds are not presently available for this acquisition. No contract award will be made until appropriated funds are available. This acquisition is being solicited for full and open competition, on an unrestricted basis. A site visit is scheduled on Wednesday, 12 July 2023, at 10:00 A.M., Kwajalein Time. Participants will meet at the USACE Kwajalein Area Office building. A pre-proposal conference will commence promptly at 10:00 A.M., followed by a safety brief and a guided tour of the project site. 1. Offerors shall contact Ms. Dayna Matsumura (Contract Specialist) at dayna.n.matsumura@usace.army.mil; 808-835-4379 and Ms. Tracy Tenholder (Contracting Officer) at tracy.n.tenholder@usace.army.mil; 808-835-4382 to register for the site visit. All documents / information must be submitted no later than (NLT) 28 June 2023, 02:00 P.M. Hawaii Standard Time (HST). Do not submit to USAG-KA your own 55R, lodging request, or meal card request. 2. Offerors shall send to the Contract Specialist and Contracting Officer the following information. a. Filled out 55R (use the fillable form, DO NOT PRINT and SCAN), b. By name, list of individuals to obtain lodging on Kwajalein. Due to space limitations, the number of representatives per Offeror for travel and lodging will be limited to two (2) people for this site visit. 3. It is the Offerors responsibility to book flights to and from Kwajalein (USAG-KA). For Contractors, the only flights to USAG-KA are run by United Airlines (https://www.united.com/)
