Contractor shall perform routine and complex real estate appraisals as directed by the POH Real Estate Office. The appraiser will be responsible for researching all real estate files, reading and interpreting real estate documents including acquisition and disposal instruments and maps that establish ownership and/or interest. The appraiser will ensure that their work product complies with the four criteria: 1) Interagency Land Acquisition Conference, Uniform Appraisal Standards for Federal Land Acquisitions (UASFLA), 2016, 2) the approved Statement of Work (SOW), 3) USACE Engineer Regulation (ER) 405-1-04, 29 January 2016, 4) Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) and CFR 49 Part 24.
