Project Description: Building 4069 Repairs, New Addition Building, Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam (JBPHH) This firm-fixed price Design-Bid-Build (DBB) project includes various repairs and improvements to existing Air Freight Terminal, Building 4069H, Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam (JBPHH). Project is located adjacent to the Hickam airfield. Work consists primarily of interior renovations to the administrative areas and warehouse. Limited exterior work includes replacement of existing fencing, new electrical generator, demolition of a freestanding bridge crane system, and other incidental work. Temporary office facilities must be provided for the occupants during construction. The magnitude of this project is estimated to be between $10M and $25M. Interested CONTRACTORS shall submit the following: Name of firm with address, phone and point of contact. DUNS/CAGE code, registered in System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov Size Status (i.e., large business, small business, 8(a), HUBZone, service disabled veteran owned small business (SDVOSB)). Bonding capability for single contract action in the estimated magnitude of this project. The Statement of Capability (SOC) for this sources sought is not expected to be a proposal, but rather short statements regarding the company’s ability to provide existing-or-developed expertise and experience in relation to the areas specified herein. In SOC state your skills, experience, knowledge, and equipment required to perform the specified type of work. This should include information of past specialized experience and technical competence in performing similar projects, up to three (3) past projects for which your firm was the prime contractor. The SOC should be no more than two pages in length. Firms responding to this sources sought, who fail to provide ALL of the required information requested, will NOT be used to assist the Government in the acquisition decision, which is the intent of this sources sought synopsis. Responses to this sources sought announcement will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. NO SOLICITATION IS CURRENTLY AVAILABLE. It is a market research tool being utilized to determine the availability of potential qualified contractors before determining the method of acquisition.
