Project Description: FY21 OMA Replace HVAC System, Battery Randolph U.S. Army Museum, Fort Derussy This firm-fixed price Design-Bid-Build (DBB) project includes mechanical and electrical improvements to upgrade the air conditioning system U.S. Army Museum of Hawaii in Battery Randolph. The new air condition system will be a variable air volume with central station air handling units (AHU) for the ground floor and constant volume fan coil units (FCU) for the second floor. A dedicated outside air supply unit (DOAS) will provide conditioned outside air to each AHU and FCU. Electrical work includes removing the existing pad mounted transformer and replacing with new, replacing and upgrading existing secondary conductors. Acquisition Information: The magnitude of this project is estimated to be between $1M and $5M. Estimated Period of Performance 240 days after Notice to Proceed. This Procurement will be conducted under NAICS Code: 238220. The size standard for this code is $16.5M. It is anticipated that the Solicitation will be issued on or about 19 July 2021 for downloading at the Government's website at www.sam.gov. No paper copies will be issued. The specific due date and time for receipt of proposals will be identified in the solicitation.
