Project Description: This is a design-bid-build requirement to provide new facilities at Blocks A&B at Pohakuloa Training Area (PTA). The existing structures are to be complete demolished, and the existing slabs-on-grade are to remain. The contractor shall construct new buildings in accordance with the plans and specifications, and within the constraints of the existing building footprints. The work shall include grade and utility improvement. The project magnitude is $10,000,000 to $25,000,000. It is the bidder's responsibility to check for any posted changes to the solicitation. Solicitation documents will not be issued on compact disc (CD) unless the Government determines that it is necessary. Bidders must have and/or maintain an active registration with the System for Award Management (SAM) website to be eligible for a Government contract award.
