The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Little Rock District, plans to solicit a total Small Business set-aside, firm fixed-price construction contract for excitation system replacement at Beaver Dam in the White River Basin, Carroll County, Arkansas. The work includes designing, removing, installing, and testing two digital static excitation systems with power potential transformers, to be completed within 515 calendar days. The construction magnitude is between $1M and $5M. The solicitation is expected to be issued around October 21, 2026, under FAR Overhaul Part 15 as an RFP, with proposals evaluated on a Best Value Trade-Off basis.
