The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers seeks a contractor for the turnkey Design-Build construction of a VA Personal Security Adjudication Center facility in North Little Rock, AR. The project is for a new, approximately 10,000 SF minimum, two-story building with options to increase the size to 12,000, 14,000, or 16,000 SF. The facility will serve approximately 75 Full-Time Equivalents and include a dedicated, gated parking lot for a maximum of 50 vehicles.
