Indefinite Delivery Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC), Defense Health Agency (DHA) Medical Treatment Facility (MTF) Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Services of Real Property
This is a Sources Sought notice for a future MATOC for facilities operations and maintenance at active DHA medical treatment facilities across the continental United States. The total estimated contract capacity is $750 million, with an initial capacity of $375 million per designated Area of Responsibility (AOR). The contract length is proposed to be up to five years, with individual task orders estimated to range from $5,000 to $60 million. Services will be performed at numerous specified locations within AORs 3 and 4, which include military installations across the CONUS. The notice is a market survey to gauge industry capabilities and interest, particularly from small businesses, and is not a solicitation.
