The intent of this contract is to provide campground & park facility cleaning services at all 11 Parks at Beaver Lake. The intent of this contract is to provide campground & park facility cleaning services at all 11 Parks at Beaver Lake. This includes all campgrounds and day use areas at Starkey, Dam Site Lake, Dam Site River, Indian Creek, Lost Bridge North, Lost Bridge South, Rocky Branch, Prairie Creek, Horseshoe Bend, Hickory Creek and War Eagle Parks. Services will be performed once daily, every day except Tuesdays, with double cleanings on specified holidays and holiday weekends. Cleaning services will not be performed on Tuesdays unless Tuesday is a federal holiday or part of a holiday weekend from May 1 to Sept 30. Services include but are not limited to the cleaning of campsites, restrooms, showers, picnic sites, roads, parking lots, playgrounds, and parks. The Contractor shall furnish all necessary management, supervision, inspection, personnel, materials, supplies, parts, tools, equipment, transportation, and vehicles, except as otherwise provided for herein, necessary to assure that all services are performed in accordance with the contract specifications, drawings, attachments, exhibits, and all applicable laws, regulations, codes, or directives. The Contractor shall accomplish work in a timely and satisfactorily manner.
