The small business size standard is set at $45M. This solicitation is issued utilizing FAR Part 14 as an Invitation for Bid (IFB). Bids will be evaluated on price only and will result in a firm fixed-price construction contract. The Magnitude of Construction is between $1M and $5M. Work under this solicitation will include removing and disposing of old bridge structure and replacing with a new bridge structure. Project duration is 1,248 days. Amendments to the solicitation will be issued via Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) and Government Point of Entry (GPE) as well.
