The intent of this 3 year serivce contract is to provide general maintenance, electrical maintenance, and plumbing maintenance services at Nimrod/Blue Mountain Lakes. Services include but not limited to general maintenance, performing electrical and plumbing, removal, repairs and new installation. The Contractor shall furnish all necessary management, supervision, inspection, personnel, materials, supplies, parts, tools, equipment, transportation, and vehicles, except as otherwise provided for herein, necessary to assure that all services are performed in accordance with the contract specifications, drawings, attachments, exhibits, and all applicable laws, regulations, codes, or directives. The Contractor shall accomplish work in a timely and satisfactorily manner. Amendment 0001 Include Question and Answer sheet from the site visit as an attachment. Update CLINs 0002 and 0042 bid sheet with the bid price pre-filled. This CLIN will be 100% reimbursable with receipt for materials purchased.
