The contractor shall furnish all necessary management, personnel, incidental materials, supplies, parts, tools, equipment, and vehicles, except as otherwise provided for herein, required to perform electrical repair services within the area of responsibility of the Mountain Home Project Office, hereafter referred to as the Norfork and Bull Shoals Lakes, in accordance with all terms and conditions of the contract. Estimated quantities and/or the work to be performed are described herein and listed on separate sheets as Exhibits. Variations in these estimated quantities shall not be justification for modification of the contract or request for additional payment. The services required in this contract are in addition to the routine operation and maintenance performed by government personnel. However, the government reserves the right to perform any or all services described herein with its own personnel, volunteers, or other alternative procurement methods. The contractor shall ensure that all work meets or exceeds critical reliability rates or tolerances included in the statement of work.
