This synopsis is hereby issued in accordance with FAR Part 5.201. The purpose of this synopsis is to announce the US Army Corp of Eningeers Little Rock District's intent to award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to L&M Office Furniture (cage: 0TVX6) under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1). The contractor shall provide material, tools, and labor to complete the remodel the workspaces of the Security Office Room 6116. The Contractor shall perform the following works according to all requirements specified in the Contract. Ensure delivery and installation within 90-days after contract award. Work includes but it not limited to: Complete procurement and installation of additional: tables, cabinets, acoustic wall tiles, shelving, ceiling tiles, marker board, desk, desk components electrical jumpers, and chairs.
