The purpose of this synopsis is to announce the US Army Corp of Eningeers Little Rock District's intent to award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to County of Carroll (cage: 6DA05) under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1). Carroll County Sheriff’s Office agrees to provide law enforcement services for portions of Beaver Lake lying within Carroll County for the purpose of enforcement of State and local criminal and civil laws. Services include on foot and vehicular patrol by the contractor Carroll County, Arkansas for the purpose of enforcement of State and local, criminal and civil laws.
