The purpose of this synopsis is to announce the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Little Rock District's intent to award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to Caracal Enterprises, LLC (cage: 3YDH6) under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1). The Intent of this contract is to provide annual software and cellular subscriptions (VenVue System Management Software) for all M600 automated fee machines on Mountain Home Project.
