Pre-Solicitation, 480V Distribution Panels and Breakers Rehabilitation Norfork Powerhouse U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Little Rock DistrictW9127S24B0001, 480V Distribution Panels and Breakers Rehabilitation, will be advertised using Competitive Small Business Set Aside under the North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code 335313, Switchgear and Switchboard Apparatus Manufacturing. The small business size standard is set at $1,250 employees. This solicitation will be issued utilizing FAR Part 14 as an Invitation for Bid (IFB). Bids will be evaluated and will result in a firm fixed-price construction contract. The Magnitude of Construction is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. The work includes Demolition, deconstruction and replacement of existing electrical equipment to include the following: Provide new 480V surface-mount panel in Operations Gallery and provide safety switches with final connections. Relocate Sluice Gate 480V power feeders and provide safety switches with final connections. Replace 480V lighting panel in Operations Gallery and provide safety switches with final connections. Install new government-furnished floodlight on left Training Wall. Relocate Fisherman Airhorn from Switchyard to exterior Powerhouse. Provide new circuit for future automatic valve to Fish Hatchery. W9127S24B0001 will be issued around January 19, 2024, via piee.eb.mil and www.sam.gov. Amendments to the solicitation will be issued via these sites as well.
