The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Little Rock District is issuing this SOLICITATION for Facility Investment Services (FIS) for 63rd Readiness Division in Region 3 at multiple locations. The types of services being provided may include, but are not limited to: (1) Service Calls, including emergency, urgent, and routine (2) Preventive Maintenance (PM) for a wide variety of equipment and systems (3) Inspection, Testing, and Certification for various types of equipment (4) Other Recurring Services for the inspection and repair of equipment and systems (5) IDIQ repair, restoration, and modernization requirements which are beyond the scope of service calls, as well as related tasks such as preparation for and restoration from accidents and natural disasters (6) Environmental Services: for multiple locations in the region (see attached map). The Government intends to solicit for a contract period of a three-year base (3) years and have two additional option years and will be firm-fixed priced line items.
