The purpose of this synopsis is to announce the US Army Corp of Eningeers Little Rock District's intent to award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to MGX Equipment (cage: 97PQ6) under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b) This requirement is to provide replacement cables and hoses for the Manitowoc 18000 barge mounted crane. All parts must be Manitowoc replacement parts and provided by a certified Manitowoc parts dealer. The notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
