This area of management runs along the McClellan-Kerr Arkansas River Navigation System (MKARNS) from Navigation Mile 0 downstream (Mouth of the White River with the Mississippi River) to Navigation Mile 125 upstream (Murray Lock & Dam #7 at Little Rock). This contract has one base year and four option years.
